Art Therapy Project

  • Cut out 3-5 IMAGES you LIKE
  • Cut out 3-5 IMAGES you DISLIKE
  • Glue them on large paper leaving room to write under each image.
  • Write under each image why you like or dislike it.
  • On lined paper write "I AM" and on another sheet of lined paper write "I CAN BE" at the top.
  • Then list all the positive qualities of the images you liked under "I AM" and all the negative qualities of the images you disliked under "I CAN BE".
  • Share with a group or individual.
